Without further photos it's difficult to tell for certain; but, from this one photo it looks like the font of the second 'n' in 'Constellation' is off and, as you mentioned, it fails the (defeasible) 'MOY test'

Redial IMO. Font lacks serifs, crosshair too thick.

Looking at the off-centre way the line passes through the horseshoe gives me doubts.

Constellation - last 'n' matches the first 'n'. it shouldnt? possible (VERY good redial).
