This is pretty rare airplane dash clock with Omega 59.8 calibre. The red hand is to set elapsed flight time, similar function as rotating bezel on diver watches.
This calibre was widely used, mainly for table or car/bus dash clock, most desirable are aircraft clock and military versions for AM, white dial Story Barrow in brass casing and marine chronometer in wooden box.
And a hens teeth is the pocket watch version, I have seen two, one in Omega museum and one in my collection 😀
