I’d just get the movement sorted and leave everything else as is. It’s pretty unlikely that you’ll find an excellent condition original dial and matching hands. And what on earth is that bit of copper wire doing in there !

It’s the column wheel one of the most difficult parts to source?
There are column wheels for sale on eBay all the time around the $150 mark. Find a good watchmaker and he may have access to vintage parts, before you start buying parts. Ask for watchmaker recommendations on the forum - I’d start with that.

That is an interesting project to say the least. The copper wire looks like an ersatz attempt to keep the movement in place. I’ve had luck finding Omega parts on ebay - just need patience and perseverance. It not often that you see a column wheel with a broken tooth. I’d leave the dial alone. Good luck and pls post pics as you make progress.
I think that many people would like that dial as it is. Start contacting vintage watch parts suppliers for the pillar wheel.
wow. looks like pre seamaster321 and speedmaster321.
i agree. all it needs is internal cleansing.😁
Nothing that a bit of carpenter's tape, Sharpie and a can of flat black spray paint can't fix, easy-peazy.👍
