just going with this statement.
Dial and hands. Incredible. Full lume, all original and untouched.
I could be completely wrong, but does the lume look like a kid did the job, kinda like pudding. Or am I a dork and don’t know what I am looking at, it is supposed to look this way. eBay item number 223788375281

You aren't wrong at all. Bad relume work. It's not only the "pudding", it's also the black shadows around it. Then there's some slight water damage and the hands don't look good.

It could be original lume. Some 145.012’s did have this puffy uneven lume. The black shadow around it could indicate it has been stabilized.

Also the hands look good to me. You need to do a UV test to insure it’s tritium.

I say relume. Certainly some Ed Whites have wonky lume, less so Pros but that looks like it was put on with an icing bag. That and the black shadows around the plots scream that there has been a major dial intervention. UV wouldn’t necessarily help, some relumers add Zinc Sulphide to the mix to mimic the short lived glow of spent tritium lume.

The way the dial step doesn't telegraph through the lume definitely makes me think it's a relume

My lady, who does cake decoration for a living, would be horrified by that poor piping work!
