Vintage late 70's Omega Constellation f300Hz needs movement

I have a late 70's Omega Constellation Electronic f300Hz that I was told the movement is shot. I have had this watch over 40 years and want to get it running again. Any suggestions on replacing the movement or is it even worth the cost and trouble? Sorry for the poor picture quality.
