Vintage Bracelet Question

I just bought this for a watch I have because I liked it 馃榾
There's an endless list of bracelets so I'm hoping someone here can recognize this one, as it's not stamped..
It hasn't been messed with as far as I was told, and bought at a estate sale. It has polished center sections with brushed outers.
I think it's either a 1170, 1171, or an 1184... from what I can see, but open to ideas... I need help please.

From the measurements it looks like a 1170 with an unmarked clasp, sometimes you find a printed number on one of the blades indicating the year of manufacturing. Could also be a non Omega bracelet with an Omega clasp, but I can鈥榯 really tell from the pics.

edit: The straight endlinks (209) seem do not look like Omega endlinks to me,

Kind regards, Max

Thanks Max and I agree with all.. I'll receive the bracelet next week and determine more once i have it in my hands..
As far as those 209 links go, I don't see them anywhere in Omegas long list of end links either.
It's intended for my 166.073 and will source some 634 links

I received the bracelet today. It's date stamped 10/78 Looks like I'll need a spreading clamp to swap end links.

Hi again,

from your pics it looks mire like a 1175, but I have not seen a 1175 with 22 mm width of the last link. You best check if the last link is 20 mm. If so, I would vote for a 1175, where unmarked clasps are pretty common. Also, a 1170 has different taping and the links are mire oval. The links of a 1175 have champfers.

Kind regards Max

Doesn鈥檛 look like a 1170 to me. The links shape matches up with a 1175, but the flared ends and taper don鈥檛. I suspect this may be an obscure local production bracelet鈥攎aybe US or Japan.

I don鈥檛 think 634s would fit on this bracelet, even if you remove the 209s, which were never meant to be removed.

1170s have an approximately 9mm terminal link. They鈥檙e in the same family as the 1125 and 1171.

1175s are approximately 10mm. They鈥檙e in a similar family as the 1069 and come in both flat and curved form.

I have seen somebody try to rig a 1175 to fit a 1170 end link and doesn鈥檛 look good鈥攔equires cutting into the endlink.

Coincidentally , I just posted a query in the Watch repair section of this forum with this exact observation/question. I've seen a clamp-spreading tool used for the purpose of taking bracelets apart for restoration, so i was going to simply search for a couple of spare barrel links to make this work. Here's my other post https://omegaforums.net/threads/vintage-bracelet-question.182666/
EDIT. The bracelet actoually has two different links on it A 208 & 325 This is a photo showing the last link that can be opened by spreading and leaving the two pins intact without damaging the last fixed link. The serrated pins are (somewhat) serviceable

There are actually two different links #325 & a 209 both with a 18mm +- width

I did understand, I was just adding to the conversation. Yes, bot fixed end links are 21.7mm (so designed for a 22mm lug width)

Not necessarily. I鈥檝e noticed that some south american market bracelets, were designed to flare out farther than the intended lug width.

Also, Mark IIs and other hidden lug cases often have 20mm lug widths, but flared bracelet designs with 22mm fixed links. Your bracelet was likely made for one of these types of cases.

Great info.. And that makes sense because the links that are on it are closer to 18MM in width Thank you
