Views sought on this 145.022-71 handset please

Hi all, looking for your opinion as to this handset. I am pretty certain that the dial hour plots are depleted tritium but not sure about the hands.
MWO notes that "after around ten minutes in darkness the luminova is still emitting strong light, while the tritium fades as quickly as it appeared. Its Zinc Sulphide pigment will only give light for a few minutes in the absence of enough radioactive power...After about 25 minutes, there is no sign of light from the tritium dials" I am assuming this to be similar for the tritium handsets.
With that in mind, can I get some views and opinions as to these hands being possibly original to the watch, pre 1998 replacement hands or later Lumina hands.

Luminova would have lasted much longer, so i would say it is tritium alright, just diferent stages of decay ? Or more recent hands ?

Wouldn't more recent hands mean Luminova? Or you mean more recent as in 80s or 90s? (prior to 1998)

You have summed up very well my own confusion - and it matches so well the hour plots

More recent hands yes, old stock 90`s tritium maybe, as my Speedy MKII from mid 80`s only slightly show a reflection ( it lights up a little on the markers but no real glow ) after loading with sunlight or Uv, but a few seconds . Or the hands are taken from another watch.
