Hi, omega forumer please help me advice on this 69 145.022 speedmaster.

Below is photo and some comment of me about this speedmaster.

Dial- Not sure is it because of photo editing, it seems have a slightly brown dial, with discoloured lume other than that it look like a fair clean dial.
Case- Seems got polished before, not sure is it over polished.
Bezel- Poor DN90 bezel.
Hands-Same dark brown color of lume, seems like original hands.
Movement- Can’t see clearly movement number, not sure is it drop into brown dial range stated in Speedmaster101. Other than that seems like a normal 861 movement.
Caseback: It the biggest problem of this watch, is it a fake caseback? I know that’s 4 different caseback in 69 speedmaster, but it’s not in those.
Overall: I think the biggest attract of this watch is possibility of brown dial speedmaster, but with its “weird” maybe fake caseback I wonder is it worth of taking the risk to buy this watch in price about 7k usd. How do you guys value this watch? Please give me some opinions and suggestions ~

Why has the Flight Certified for All Missions been wiped? Pictures are heavily manipulated and inconsistent. Appears to be a 27xxxxxx serial # 1968? Polished well?

Sold in Japan website, hard to get more information. The caseback look weird not sure is it wiped or it is a fake one. I will try to ask about the serial number , hoped it is not a franken speedmaster.

I think it's fair to say that it is extensively polished. I would not call that bezel poor, however, no Speedmaster starting with a "2" should have a DN90 bezel IIRC. So please check the serial.

Good evening.
The product description for the dial of this watch says "The dial has a slight brown discoloration.".
I have asked the seller about another watch before (in Japanese). Seller will answer what ask.
The seller also sells some of his watches on eBay.
Since they sell watches on ebay, I believe it is possible to ask questions in English and ship overseas.

Nice to found out it’s on eBay too, it will be easier for asking questions. After doing more homework found out it seems got wrong caseback and bezel, just not sure is it worth it, even it is a brown dial(maybe).

Aouch. It's the first time I see a SW back after turnery process... What a strange idea...!
Price of that?

Maybe, but maybe not. It's quite common for Japanese sellers to take a few photos of a watch for sale in a store and then list it online. If someone buys the watch from them, they go buy the watch at the store and then ship it to you. It's really not a good practice since they can't answer questions, send more photos, negotiate the price, or even guarantee that the watch will be available. Sometimes you will see the same watch listed by several different sellers.

Be careful about selling without inventory on ebay with sellers from Japan.
However, I checked this watch listed on ebay and it was a genuine seller.

You can see a step on the case-back where it was turned on a lathe to remove the perimeter writing. Why? The bracelet appears to be a 1039 and I see a 516 on the end-link, but it only has three maybe four stretch links, so it will be a short bracelet.
IMO it is not a $7000 watch.
