Hello guys, I am new in the forum. Thanks for contributing to this great community 😀 Does anyone know what is the wrist size of the person who wears the watch in the video? I really love the watch but am kinda worried it might look big on my 6.8 inch wrist 🙁

It will look fine on your wrist.

Thanks! I really have an issue with big watches (in my eyes they are always too big and it looks silly).

Go to an Omega dealer or boutique, they will be happy to let you try on several

I definitely need to do that. And maybe should cope with the idea of how a watch should look on my wrist...

I don't believe the dial is ceramic...just the bezel. I just thought it was a beautiful lacquer on something like brass.

Love the blues in that shot

Thanks, The blue is do deep in shade and glad I have this watch as Omega I believe is changing the dial back to the wave pattern.

I had been thinking of getting one for some time. The imminent arrival of the latest wave model gave me the kick up the arse I needed to get one of the last 2500D models. In blue of course although in different lights it can look almost black, so deep is the blue. I’ve already replaced the clasp with the three-position micro adjustable version.

I adore this watch and currently own the black version. It's my dark side to the light of the Great White.

The deep ink black is stunning but I still love the waves of the older model which I think is sportier but the ceramic is a much dressier.

I’m glad that I bought mine before the new 2018 version was introduced. The new Seamaster is a little too “busy” looking for me - don’t care for the wave dial or the “toothpaste cap” helium escape valve. To my eye, the pre-2018 version is a much classier watch.

I cant agree more! I am happy to have gotten the older ver. without the waves, really not a fan for that.

I agree as well. Although I do like the original wave dial from the late 90s. The Bond.

Just tested its power reserve as I believe strongly it will go way beyond 48hrs. And true enough, hit extra 7 solid hours more!
