Valjoux 7734 Problem

I have a seventies chronograph with a Valjoux 7734 movement. I had it serviced a couple of years back but don't use it much. I just noticed the minute counter jumps to 1 minute as soon as you set the chronograph running. Otherwise everything works ok. I am sure it did not do that before. Has something broken or was there an issue when is was serviced which I missed? Thanks for any help or advice.

Is it an Omega watch?
No - it is not a well know brand (sorry I just noticed this was an Omega thread) - I should have listed in general

Improper adjustment of the sliding gear...
That's @Archer - I was hoping you would pick this up.
Considering it was on serviced 2 years ago and has probably had 7 hours run time max, is that likely a service error/ not a post service 'fault'
I have used this guy a few times / he is good and friendly - so I don't plan to shoot him down either way. I just want to frame my email correctly :0)

I would not expect this to randomly go out of adjustment, put it that way...
