Unusual Omega Geneve Dynamic on eBay

Hi everyone.
I love my Geneve Dynamics (being a child of the 70's). Just browsing the listings on eBay UK and came across this Dynamic with a dial version I'm not familiar with: Omega Geneve Dynamic .

Here's a photo.
To my untrained eye the dial looks remarkably good with crisp fonts and the "T swiss made T" looks good. The lume looks remarkably tidy as well, so it doesn't look like a redial to me. The green seconds hand is not something I've previously seen.

Any thoughts?
