·I believe the comment about 2nd generation was directed at the example posted by Gav1967. That one looks 2nd gen to me. Agreed with all that the one that theluckyluke is interested in is 1st gen.

·For reference here's my first generation Dynamic Ref: 135.0033 Year: 1968 Cal: 601 purchased from a very friendly OF member for $430 USD (€400) about 6 months ago. Of course the price I paid isn't incredibly helpful as your intended watch comes with a bracelet and box which would add a bit more to the value. I've been looking around for a bracelet for mine but I haven't yet seen one at an attractive price...

In the meantime I have been bidding on this example, which is a ref 166.0039 I think. Ver nice and clean dial, date only, but with a fair bit of wear on the bracelet.

You can get an adapter if you will for these watches that attaches via the standard retainer ring but then has a place to put standard size spring bars in so you can put on basically any strap you want.
