Unknown Swiss Watch 17 Jewels

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone had any idea what watch this is below. We have had it for over 30 years. One of the hands has fallen off. It says "17 jewels Swiss" on the back. Also if anyone has an idea of what it may be worth would be greatly appreciated

Looks like a "No Name" skeleton watch of dubious origin, I question the Swiss Made claim. Gold plate/fill case from the look of it.

I value at €5 in non-working condition and maybe €25 if working.
