looks like redial, and the small second hand and the dial definitely not match.
They are $$$, along with the Eric Clapton. They are pretty unique complications and utterly beautiful. My full set went for well over that in 2019 to an american collector! It is a pivotal vintage. A true classic !
Very early UG wrist watch (if it is right) with tre tacche caseback. It all seems to add up but the serial seems too early https://www.olx.pl/d/oferta/stary-z...ID16RlCY.html?isPreviewActive=1&sliderIndex=2
very nice dial, calendar red hand not original but similar enough. movement parts seems come from multiple movements, can see different aging condition, but not affect much on the value. for me i would pay 6-7k usd.

why do you feel the red date hand is wrong? I can't spot an immediate issue. I agree I would not purchase this watch at the asking price, but I doubt you would find it in the normal retail channels anywhere close to 6-7K USD. You could have to get lucky and come across a private sale or something like that I guess.
I see the different aging on the different parts in the movement…can you share a bit more on your pricing estimate. I see others that look the same or a bit more distressed for 10-13k.
is this a redial? Post does say that hands may have been re-lumed.

hmmmm, i just bid a tri-compax at 7k usd (include buyer's premium) in bonhams auction in march......its not a private sale, and the movement and dial condition is much better. u can say i am lucky, i think i should admit that.
about the red hand. because the watch i bid also have a wrong calendar hand, so i do some search on it. OP the red hand expose a gold color base. i think it suppose to be stainless steel color base, align with the other 3 small hands. there is no point to do a gold coating on the hand which will apply paint in the end. the gold base usually appear on modern watch, i suspect it is from some brand like Excelsior Park, but its similar enough.
Beautiful Tri, congrats !
You cannot compare prices on 22283 and 222100/X Tri Compax......apples and oranges. Waterproof (round pusher) Tri will almost always be more expensive, all other things being equal.
Red hand, very common for the paint to flake off, I cannot tell base color of metal from auction photos.
My 222100/1 below, you can see the missing paint...
