Too bad about the dial damage: https://www.ebay.it/itm/388649389523
Interesting detail: 787k serial and - never seen before - a 3 digit reference(?): 426. 747k is basically the transition period from 4 to 5 digit references. Also: very late for Universal Watch to appear. For the avoidance of doubt: I have zero doubts about this watch being legit.

Redial ? Lume on dial ? Hands ?
Never sen this on this reference .!

Remember … Ref refers to case and not dial. Very hard to tell dial quality from these pics which appears to be intentional. For that number one would need to be absolutely certain.

The dial is for a more modern reference in my opinion, and it has a modern moon disc. I lean towards Franken. But as we know many combinations with UG, so I guess it’s possible that it is original. $14k I would have to see another all original and or an ad. Original example from my collection I sold a few year back. Note the original moon disc.

Yes … it is certainly a later dial and service moon.

They are $$$, along with the Eric Clapton. They are pretty unique complications and utterly beautiful. My full set went for well over that in 2019 to an american collector! It is a pivotal vintage. A true classic !

Only issue I have is that the serial numbers are polished off ? I have an Eric Clapton with no serial numbers. Pricey is relative and hardly anyone will ever own one of these because of the rarity. Patek Philippe stainless steel Nautilus go for up to $100,000 and there are thousands of those in circulation ! Very few Evil Claptons in circulation.
