·Strange piece. Tried adjusting contrast/sharpness/exposure but not much more luck. Does look like 5173, the number right below that is very odd and haphazard, to me it looks like it start with a 5 and all else I can make out is a 62 near the end. Bottom number looks to be 655650 to me.
