Looks almost too good for a nearly 80 years old watch.
Sellers description "A scarce Universal Geneve Medico-Compax all steel Ref. 224108 doctor`s chronograph, a 1945 medical chrono fitted with its original silvered dial in its original and superior untouched condition".
The closest I can find is a yellow gold version in the Sala book on page 220
The "5's" on the minute tracks seem rather sloppy. I can't find an equivalent dial to compare with (and there were many more Gold Medico compax compared to SS) but these one's from Analog shift seem to have subtle differences e.g. the pulsations text ends before 12.
In my opinion, it is a redial but a very nice one.
Look at the fat 25 and the three fat lines between 32 and 33 seconds.
And in addition, the movement is not coherent to the "perfect" dial.
Dial is legit IMHO, for sure a NOS one used to replace a damaged one in that watch.
Anyway, again, reference number is only connected to case design, there are multiple examples of well known references with different dials - example: 22409 watches.
This hurts: https://www.ebay.com/itm/133994710720 Somebody scrapped a 5k watch for 1k of gold.
Most likely from a 12258 (or at 1225x). Pics of 12258 for reference
