I would guess its legit. I dont know Uweco at all but the dial reflective of rest of watch- very well preserved for age.

The same buckle was sold to the current seller from Italy a few weeks ago:

In general, the fakes started out being made in northern Italy (and are still being made there), but it started some years ago so they've unfortunately dispersed around the world.
