Not 100% sure about the lume. It doesn't seem to match the lume in the hands.

Having said that, it looks great and if we're all struggling to tell the difference at a huge magnification then perhaps it's not anything to worry too much about.

I agree, but with that price I'm not going anywhere near it even if I was sure about the lume.

Surely that's a redial
Seems to good to be true indeed, but I can’t spot anything wrong with it at first sight ...

The G in Geneve (and to a slightly lesser extent, the first e) in 'Genéve' looks too far to the left to me. Font kerning, if you will, although perhaps the chrono-second is playing tricks on the eye. But if someone is willing to go to the effort to polish every nook & cranny of the case, I don't see why they wouldn't also have refinished the dial.

I assume @fibonacci refers to the straight written Compax. But imho that is legit.
I questioned the kerning in Geneve and the misaligned 120 in the tachymeter, but I just glanced through Sala and noticed some with similar characteristics. I’m never quite sure what to trust in Sala since people speak of redials in there too, but I did see more than one for each. Also, the kerning does look better in another photo.

If I really want to nitpick, some of the chrono second ticks look a little off, like 14 vs 16, 44 vs 46, and 28 vs 32, and the hour numerals all look wonky to me where they meet the subdials. But ultimately people here know more than I do and if they think this is legit I’ll accept that and recalibrate my expectations.

Dial Looks legit. Case looks polished to hell n back tho..
It's not a Spillmann one.

Maybe I am wrong but it should be a 224105 case. I have the same reference, and it looks in good health!

Dial is super nice, and IMHO 100% legit.

Not a watch as such, but something that's arguably rarer - a 1960s Universal Geneve Polerouter shop display clock:

I was going to bid and I contacted the seller to ask about shipping cost.... I gave my address... and he stated he didn't know how much shipping was going to be.... but then told me to feel free and bid...?????? Nope.

At least it sounds like shipping could be negotiable. A lot of ebay sellers seem to be locked into expensive shipping deals.

You mean it doesn't have its original UG mega movement.

Hi All
Can you please give me your opinion on this Compax.
Seems correct to me but I am not sure tf the hour and minute hands are from this dial.

Thanks
Yeap!
That is my main concern, but as per pics the dial seems acceptable.
Pic from my friend
I am interested to Tricompax. Is available?
Thanks

This watch showed up on eBay today I believe. I don’t even know what to say.
