·As a matter of interest, did anybody have a view on this one?
I had a cheeky snipe but I obviously didn't want it enough (I did some work in Caracas a few years ago). I received some high resolution pictures from the seller and the detail was of sufficient quality for me to believe it is original.

·Definitely not my thing. Not sure why you would want s map on a watch face anyway. Pretty useless. It has to be a custom job and I don't think it would be something produced by UG ...

If you look very, very carefully it does have Universal Geneve on the dial - I'll admit that I missed it, even with the high resolution pictures.
I don't think it's worth €4k but then I obviously didn't or I would have bid more. One could almost believe a slightly higher price might be justified if it was enamel rather than painted - but it isn't.
