Universal Geneve identification help

I originally posted this on another forum and was advised that this was the best place to ask if anyone can shed a little light on what my watch is.

Sorry for the links but when I tried to embed the photos it didn't work!

The movement is the 138ss bumper. My initial thought was that it was an early polerouter with the insert removed and a replacement dial. However, I'm not sure if you can see from the photos, but the dial has radium burn between 3 and 4 and the patina of the hands and dial are fairly similar, which makes me think that either the dial was changed early in the life of the watch, or that this is not a polerouter and I'm not familiar with the model.

I would be very grateful to hear any thoughts anyone has.

It doesn't keep particularly good time. It gains about 1 minute a day. Is that normal for a watch this old or an indicator that it needs a service ASAP?

Whatever its accuracy, I would recomand you send it to your watchmaker if you are not sure about its service history 😉.
