Thanks, bgrisso, I just did.
36mm case plus those lugs and the astounding dial. Chronometer movement, too!
I haven't seen this subspecies before, either.
Will post when it arrives.

My deco 262 arrived today. Case sharp. I have tried to show this in at least one of the pics attached. Good customer service from VFL, too.
Quietly thrilled am I.

It does seem a rather elaborate and complicated design for a redial.

You have the different tones on the dial with different reflective qualities, the numerals and hour markers with a contrasting mirror finish and the concentric circles in the sub-dial. And the Universal Geneve text looks ok to me too.

I would be interested to know what initially made you suspicious of a redial and then what it was you saw that made you 100% certain.

The watch does not impress me as a redial either. I believe it's original.

And very attractive.

Doesn't seems a redial but when I check their website, there is a Zenith-Ug with a blatant redial not announced as refinished, so I wonder...

look at the number 10 how it touches the inner two tone circle, compare that to say the 4 which hovers better in the circle. there are a few spaces in the numerals that are not fully coloured in. I mean, IMHO redial. Should have stated that. Just seen a lot of these, almost to nice to be true. Plus not a really UG Art Deco, and the UG signature is too new. also the texture of the dial itself is too new. IMHO. always. Let me know what you guys think, am curious too!

DETAILS IM REFERING TOO. look at the sub-dial, how the line crosses it a little bit. These print errors were not made in original dials!! this is my view.
