Universal Geneva Watch from early 1960’s

I received a gift of a watch from my Great Aunt in 1963. It is a Universal Geneva watch with the following numbers on the back:
1872393
10353 3
The watch has the original box, with a replacement alligator band.
I am trying to find out more information about the watch, along with Rae estimated value.

Looks like a nice watch, and in very good condition, but much better photos are required in order to assess it further.
