5 mins?! I usually do mine for about three 15 minute stints. Unless it’s already clean I’ve never had a bracelet come out clean after 5 mins. There’s always hidden dirt inside the links etc.

How do people dry their bracelets after cleaning?

We have an air dryer that I run in a bathroom (small space) with its exhaust pointed towards the bracelet (the air outputted is both warm and dry). And wipe them with a cloth before placing there.
One thing to note about ultrasonic cleaning is that they can sometime loosen screws, due to the vibrations involved.
One of my many pairs of glasses (yes one of the joys of being an old bastard with shitty eyesight is forever having to change glasses to see what the hell your doing) has a screw that needs re-tightening after every bath.
So it is conceivable that if you were to give the whole watch a bath it may well end up with a screw loose inside!
Update, and thanks. I finally got everything. Took the bracelets off easily, and ran for 10 minutes in the cleaner with simple green and water. I was wiping off a lot of gunk after 10 minutes. Ran them another 10 minutes. Still wiping gunk off of both bracelets. Ran for 15 more minutes, and that seemed to do the trick. Rolex bracelet hadn't been cleaned in 10 years, and the Omega in over 5 years. Both worn part time during those years. I was worried about getting the bracelets back on, but they went on after a little trial and error. Should have bought both items years ago.

Does it also ’clean' the small amount of loctite on the screws?
I don't think I've tried it, but being water resistant, you'll need some kind of solvent to dissolve or break the bond of thread locker. Especially red and green. Ultrasonic alone shouldn't be that effective, at least in theory.
