Receipt for 45 quid!
The chrono hand looks a bit short...
Original owner with bill of sale etc and photos when purchased etc
I called it at the start of the show
Haha yeah you win !
This is awesome, thanks for sharing
You draw that conclusion on this one and only bad picture?
Just saying that it looks a bit short, thats all. Compared to what I have at hand atm:
At a shallower angle as well.
But maybe a member on this forum has seen the watch irl and can verify if the hand looks to be the correct size or not?
I watched this last night, gotta love his reaction. Loved the story too with the postcard to his mum etc!
Just watched this on the iPlayer. It was valued "without hesitation" at £30-40K.
Now for sale
Wow, that a nice one. Interesting to see what it'll bring in auction. It wouldn't surprise me if it goes for more then the estimate.
Good he was warned NOT to send it to Omega for a service... about time they inform their clients and take a new approach to servicing vintage watches if they are so concerned with the Speedmaster " community "
Wow that is not bad!
These originals ultra man are quite rare right ?
But it did also have the postcard to his mum asking for the money . And the current valuation was unbelievable.
