I bought a speedmaster professional on Saturday and the AD confirmed a circa 6% price increase across the range by the end of the month. He was good enough to give me £400 off the list price too

I'm picking mine up on Thursday, with circa 14% discount. If you don't mind me asking, was your AD a major high street chain? Mine is an independent.

I was lucky enough to buy a Speedy Pro from a UK independent AD at a good discount too. Nearly 20% discount once you add in the likely price increase.

I’m after a Speedy MK40 with the colourful hands. Does anyone know what kind of discounting Chrono24 sellers might be prepared to offer?

Tried that spin with me - I pointed out the increase hasn’t happened so it was irrelevant. In a half jokey way of course.

Everyone wants to be Rolex. Even the CEO of Patek admitted that in an interview 😀

They can print out aquanauts and nautiluses but choose not to.

My AD confirmed yesterday;

"Yes there is a price increase coming on September 1st. I believe all brands will soon follow suit. The increase is an average of 6%."
