UG 22492 Pin Pusher preservation

Crown looks OK to me, even if not original I would leave it alone. I would def match the minute hand to the hour, but there are not a lot of people that can do a great job on that, James H is definitely on the list. I would not mess with the case unless you cannot safely attach a strap, or if the spring bar has too much play, etc. But perhaps cheaper and easier to mod a spring bar to fit the enlarged hole rather than the other way around?
Otherwise just a full service, and new crystal if the current one is beyond salvage.
It's a beautiful watch, I like the patina !
