Nope, I actually agree with you on that point. The only criticism that I have of the Aqua Terra line generally is that high polish stainless steel bezel - looks great initially, but it’s a scratch and smudge magnet. That’s one of the reasons that I like the Globemaster with its tungsten carbide bezel - you could launch missiles at that thing and it would still look great.
I agree with every word including “and” and “the.”

I like it a lot. And I’m seriously considering it. But it feels a lot like the same watch with a different paint job.

And as @ChiefMark warned, I like the blue.

As much as I love the Speedmaster - and I have two - it’s a tool watch, not a dress watch. Casual Friday at the office, sure. Formal event or serious business meeting with a suit, no.
How about this? 😝

Yep, Pierce Brosnan made it fashionable for the Seamaster Pro. I guess Tom Hanks didn’t have the opportunity to do it for the Speedy.

Definitely needs to be a dress watch. If you're sticking with Omega and want something new, a DeVille Prestige or a Constellation Globemaster (emphasis mine), both on a leather strap, would do very nicely. If vintage Omega, you can never go wrong with a pie pan Constellation or, for less money, any number of the dressier Seamaster references.

I agree with this.

I have a hard enough time deciding which four watches to bring with me when I travel, but I try to cover these bases: sport watch, dress watch gold, dress watch SS, beater watch.
