I'd like to figure out whether this watch is a real Omega - I can't find another one like it anywhere online. Thanks for advice in advance.

It's authentic (based on one fuzzy picture).

I suspect the dial has been repainted (T-SWISS MADE-T), but no evidence of tritium on the dial.
The hands have been re-lumed and are not correct for this model.
The crown looks to be a replacement.

Can't tell more without proper pictures.

TBH, I wouldn't buy it at any price unless it had some parts I needed to fix another watch. Just be patient and wait for something better.
