I suspect the dial has been repainted (T-SWISS MADE-T), but no evidence of tritium on the dial.
The hands have been re-lumed and are not correct for this model.
The crown looks to be a replacement.

TBH, I wouldn't buy it at any price unless it had some parts I needed to fix another watch. Just be patient and wait for something better.

 

I'll be more direct, looks like a piece of shit, I wouldn't buy it with someone else's money.
