Purchased this Omega from a customer who just wanted to get rid of it and I just don't see this model anywhere even when I search with the movement number. Any help IDing this model or year of manufacturing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks i advance.

The model number should be on the inside of the case back. My guess would be something like 166.0174.
