Top lug/button replacement

Hi
Would anyone known where I could purchase a replacement top chronometer button for a 1970’s speedmaster.
The cog-like nipple is still there and works when pressed, it just the cap that fits over the cog.

short answer, a watchmaker or ebay are your best bets for the part.
FYI - You have to remove the movement to reassemble the pusher, it doesnt just slip over the top, so you are most likely better off taking it to a professional and they can source the part.
