Replacement hands for a 145.018

Just bought myself by accident a 145.018 (couldnt resist). Its still on its way but im already searching for better hands.... Sadly it was serviced by Omega in 2017 and they replaced the original white colored hands as the old ones had loss of paint (as written on the repair report). Why do they always need to mess it up (come on Omega wtf!)?
I know that chances are quite low but maybe someone has a source where to get some...
