I’d like some of the more experienced users here to verify that, but to me it looks like the case was so severely polished that the attachment of the lugs actually show the difference in case thickness between polished / unpolished part:
The dial might even have mold, it’d be a bit too much for me (and I do like heavily patinaed watches usually). The movement looks ok in comparison to the dial, but not great with some corrosion.
I know some people are happy to wear watches with dial damage or significant patina but this rather dirty looking watch face suggests it was worn by a coal miner working at the coal face.

Then try going into eBay, entering 'vintage Omega Seamaster' in the search engine, enter ‘£600' or whatever figure you fancy, and see what comes up.
Read the text carefully, beware of re-dials, refurbished dials etc and study the photos (equally carefully).
