Unfortunately you or your wife just can't go and pick one up from an AD. You can place an order and they will put you on a waiting list, then your wife can pick it up for you when the shop gets stock (which will probably be in 2019 unless you order one of the less popular colours).
Todoroki is right - I checked every Omega Boutique and dealership in Tokyo last week (and I mean every!).
The only one for sale was a black/gold model at Tenshodo Ginza Honten, if this is the one you are looking for?
As this was few days ago maybe call first to make sure they still have it.

I don't know if there is confirmation on the clasp, but I'd guess it's the micro-adjustment one. The Apollo XVII 45th LE last year came with the adjustable clasp.
