Unpopular Opinions:

(1.) If you don't like these, you don't like watches
(2.) They're a luxury product (luxury != price)

Of course it looks nice. Isn't it just a bit cheapo depot? But yes, nice looking watch, and getting a brand into people's homes is always a good idea.

I don't think so, but for me a watch is secondarily jewelry (or kinda not at all) and primarily engineering art.

I've been a swatch fan since the 80s when my first watch was a Swatch Yamaha Racer. Since then I've bought a bunch of the Sistem 51s and a few Snoopys ...

I've held off on the OG MoonSwatch because I didn't really like any of them, but this White MoonSwatch Snoopy Moonphase just happened to be available when I wandered into the store so on a whim I got it and i'm pretty impressed!

The funny thing is, I've gotten more compliments on it than any other watch I've ever worn ... I'd go so far as to say this isn't an under-the-radar watch and it's a real conversation starter.

If you want ladies to chat you up, this might be the watch for you!

It is certainly striking. I'm glad you like wearing it. And a big win for Omega, if they are getting non enthusiasts to strike up conversations with enthusiasts.

Yeah, I think it's creating enthusiasts as, for most people, $300 is an insane amount for a redundant extra bracelet as you're easily in and past smart watch territory at that price ... so you gotta be in it for the watch.

This is why the MoonSwatches are a luxury good: a treat-yourself product at a relatively crazy high price point.
