·Sorry about your brother, may he rest easy on the other side. It resonated with me as I have thought about giving my brother one of my watches. After being reminded that we never know when our time is up, it will be sooner rather than later. The very best to you and your family and hopefully your grief will ease soon.

·I offer my deepest condolences. Although you can no longer have a conversation with him, I am quite sure that your Izzy lives on quite strongly. As you say he has touched so many people with his kindness and good heart. He has shown others what it means to be a good person, and when those people are kind to others that is Izzy living on.
A worn watch is such a personal heirloom. The memories and marks a watch bares are infinitely more valuable than the monetary value of a watch. Wear all of them with pride!

·I’m sure this was not easy for you to write. My deepest condolences to you and your family. I have an older brother whom I adore and speak to on a daily basis, I can’t imagine life without him. He and I share our love for watches and over the years I too have provided him with many ‘gifts’. Those represent some of the most precious moments in my life, just seeing the smile on his face and the satisfaction he gets in wearing them.
