It's only photogenic in lightbox conditions with photo editing software used.

This is what it looks like in reality:

must be that ugly thing NATO that makes it look like crap 😜

That ugly NATO thing looks pretty great on most other watches though 😉

It is a hot watch and I don't doubt that discounts are going to be hard to come by any time in the near future. In my opinion it looks better on the Milanese bracelet which retails for 9,100.00. You can always ask, the worst thing that can happen is they say...NO.
To answer your questions....
But would you buy it at $8100?..... NO
At 5% discount - $7700?................NO
At 10% discount - $7300?..............NO
Ask for the bracelet?......................NO
Although I find the watch attractive, I have never liked faux patina

I'll echo some items of @Marsimaxam . Although I might be in some kind of minority with regard to the faux patina. I really like it. I enjoy it on my 60th anniversary Speedmaster. This watch, very attractive to my taste in many ways, save that thing sticking out at 10...👎.

But those prices? Jaw dropping. Let's face it, Omega is Rolex' direct competitor in this segment, their prices have gotten to stratospheric levels. And since you can't buy a watch at retail, most have to pay these exorbitant prices for their sports models. In that regard, Omega has priced the watches "fairly" but for whom?
Buy this model? Yes....but not at that price. At least, not for me..

As a 007 fan it was a must for me to have it. I got mine in April 2020. No discount at all, since it was very rare to get one when it came out. Even though I bought Trilogy box and Ultraman at my Dealer (OB Zürich)

I bought the bracelet version and bought the Nato on top, in order to have both looks. I frequently wear the watch with other Nato‘s in Leather, Canvas etc.

The titanium bracelet is very expensive, so that is why I decided to buy the Nato on Top instead of vice versa.

discount asking is every one own decision. I think 5% should be doable at this point of time, since I see the 007 in almost all Dealers windows in Zürich.

Asking for the bracelet for free is in my oppinion thr most „not doable“ alternative (see above).

However - in my oppnion it is more about love it and must have then a few $ up or down.

I love my 007 very much and wear it every week.

While I don’t enjoy the faux patina either, it is a stunning watch. But at that price I would have to pass.
