When I bought the NATO strap at the boutique, they just put the strap on my watch for me to see if I like it. So I didn't try the 19mm-20mm strap to compare the fit. But looking at your photo, I guess both sizes would fit the 20mm lug perfectly with different degrees of tightness based on the actual width of the strap.... Obviously the 21.5mm Omega strap I pictured above fits pretty tight, but it does not look awkward. I also have several aftermarket 20mm NATO straps for the watch and they all fit the watch perfectly, too, but they are not as tight as the Omega 21.5mm strap.
