Hi all

Really love to have one of these Tudor Oysters and this one looks great design wise as well. Any thoughts on if it is genuine? The Swiss text looks a bit odd and partly covered by the index?

Yea you Swiss text is not covered by the index, but I think it is actually the lume that covers the text on the one I am looking at. Need to find one that has lume to compare I think

Maybe. Did not think it was that bad? Still brushed surfaces on the lugs and the case back looks fairly ok. Where do you feel it has been over polished? Not an expert on these ones 😬

Look at the size of the lugs from a rear view and they are different sized.

Look at the springbar holes and note they all appear in different places.

Over all soft appearance to me.

Brushing can be done when something is polished.

The lug holes do look a bit cratered. But it's not like the lugs are super thin.

And Looks presents well and it’s a wearer. It not top tier IMHO. But not a bad addition at the right price.
