Thoughts on this polerouter?

Looking for my 1st polerouter. Gonna be going in my "forever" collection.

Lots of polishing on the case back, am crown and strap... Otherwise, looks clean'ish and legit? It's at 1100 before any haggling.

Do you have a reference number for it?
Diameter differs for same looking models, be aware of that...
As you have seen the lower right lug doesn't look well

If the strap is 18mm it seems its a 17,5 mm lug width and a 34mm case diameter

Man, I was so focused on the "big" things, I didn't even notice that lug... Hmm, cheers for that!
