Thoughts on this Polerouter dial?

Hello everyone,

The Polerouter is a watch I've fell in love with ever since I've discovered it. I've recently purchased my first Polerouter, a 10234-2 and this is the dial. I've researched what a 10234-2 dial should look like and to me, it looks original (not a redial) but I'm not an expert. Would love to know your thoughts.

Thank you.

I'm no expert on these, but offhand it looks fine to me, here's the ref pic from universalgenevepolerouter.com

Looks original to me also. The printing is in the same font as mine.

You can see my pink gold -1W here:

Hope this helps,

Its an original dial, and correct for a 177-183xxxx serial 10234-2 reference.

Thank you. The serial is 170xxxx but the range for this reference is 1645697 to 1836819.

@CafeRacer knows the serial range 😂
I believe what’s he’s indicating is the early serial dial is without applied logo, and the late serial range he indicated is with applied logo dial, so the fact that you are out of range may be an issue, or perhaps the serial range needs an update, I defer to Adam

Looks like someone has tried to restore it without quite knowing what they should restore it to.
Could also explain why the dial markers look YG and the case looks RG...
In that case im guessing the serial is 1700101...
