Thoughts on Baumé and Mercier and Tissot Lot?

Baumé and Mercier is interesting. Looks like an issue with the dial at 8 O’clock. Tissot looks like a redial to me. Waltham looks clean. Price is pretty low on the bundle. Thoughts?

Both the Tissot and Baume have wear to the gold plating on the lugs. Also the Baume is going to be very small. Tissot is not a redial.
