Thoughts on a Technos?

Hey all, was in negotiations with the seller on this one, but I'm not sure about the dial. I can't find another model with these batons or with that furniture (tents to be rhodium w/lume, not completely overlaid). Thoughts?

Sorted it--the sweep second is actually painted at the far end to match the painted batons and the lume is evenly aged, so this seems to be merely a an unusual, but entirely original, configuration of hands, lumes, and dial for this model.
