It positively reeks of being a put-together.
Its certainly probable given its an 8 million serial number on the movement.

Do you imagine that the indexes were originally painted yellow? It's quite obviously lume, or meant to look as such by a re-dialer.
Hmm, could one supply the serial to Longines and hear what they had to say..?
8 million serial number is from the early 50s. I would be rather surprised if the dial is early 50s.
Oh, I thought the serial was earlier. Then it probably wouldn't say much...
Re. the indices, they look golden to me, not yellow. Not lumed either.
The watch is located in West Sussex. If someone could check it out in person and take some real pics it would greatly help this discussion

I think generally the idea of posting photos for advice and not linking to the shop listing is that you don't them go tell everyone where its for sale. Kind of common sense, no?
