·As far as I can tell going by those photos, it looks real to me, but the case back would need to be removed to see the movement and inside the case back to be absolutely sure.

·Well no I don't have the pix, that's why the case back needs to come off, in order to see the movement of that watch, and to see the markings on the inside of the case back, these marking will reveal the reference number which will in turn tell us what movement we should be seeing.

·Helm thingy? I think you mean the observatory. I don't know, all of the Manhattan type Constellations that I've seen have it.
This second watch is a quartz movement, whereas to first one is probably mechanical. so although they look similar they are really quite different.
Having said that the second watch is genuine.

·OP you’ll likely get a few more responses if you take the time to do a bit of your own research and provide a bit of an intro rather than just stating “is this legit” and “what should it have, you got pix”
