My fiddle group performed in the Vulcan (Alberta) parade honouring the 50th anniversary of Star Trek. Every fourth person dress to the nines in the Star Trek uniform, many wearing Spock ears, and many men shaved bald. We were a hit, according to reports. We were afraid of the weather as rain had been forecast. But no rain! Too much wind, but no rain. On the 75 mile drive back home, I was smitten by the beautiful prairie skies, and the fluffy clouds, and I had to stop for a couple photos of the gorgeous cumulonimbus clouds.

Mostly sunny and 85*F/29*C and it's only 10AM. Can't wait for the real dog days of summer. 馃が

Happy days at last, weather in France has been pretty terrible whilst Scotland seems to have been having it rather nice 馃檨

When you have spent almost five weeks avoiding the lovely French trade unionists and there love of burning tyres plus rising river levels and associated flooding and to cap it all off daughters who constantly text you images of Scotland basking in sunshine it is time to celebrate

Hideous. Cold. Had to wear 3 sweaters to stay a bit warm.
17degrees, rainy.
O, the houses have not (central) heating....::psy::

It's been over 90藲 here in Joizey the last couple days. However, the important room in the house is downright crispy!

I was in NYC over the weekend and it was in the high 80's. Came home to the Los Angeles area yesterday and it was 101 at 9PM. Welcome home baby.

If it's a Canadian he must be from Newfoundland & Labrador - there +20 is a heat wave...or perhaps the arctic region...

However it's a very large country, and we have hot and humid weather in Canada too. Temperatures can range from -35 in the winter to +35 or more in the summer where I live...It was 32C here yesterday and the humidity made it feel like 40C.

Alright, I was just playing off of @ulackfocus. I know Canada is a big, diverse country.

I know, there have been days I would have done the same too (with rain....馃槈)
But I am located now some 100km south of the Equator...
Spoiled with better weather, I guess 馃槜

I'm about the centre of the plot, coming from WSW after a long journey across the Southern Ocean.

I think I may have to pick Annie up from the station 馃槻
