29° C, or around 85° F. Off to the mountains with the trailer, on Tuesday, for beer and a bit of r & r with friends. Back on Thursday for a fiddle gig, then off to Vulcan Alberta south-east of here for a Saturday parade celebrating 50 years of Star Trek! My fiddle group has a float in the parade. Vulcan is Star Trek crazy! Can't understand it! Never watched it! Leonard Nimoy is an honorary citizen of Vulcan, and has visited many times. Then another fiddle gig at the Legion in Vulcan. Who knows? Maybe Canuck William Shatner will make an appearance as parade Marshall. He was parade Marshall fo the Calgary a Stampede Parade back in 2014!
