Would it be an idea to discuss our experiences with racquets and strings?
For example mine Tecnifibre 305 1.2 (factory string) got tired and I am deciding between trying the 305 1.1, SuperNick ZX micro or MultiNick 18 by Ashaway. Thoughts please?

Haven’t played in 30 years, but used to enjoy it a lot. Can’t help with equipment, as my racquet back then was still aluminium...

Even today you can get aluminium racquet but they are +200g, top notch nowadays are *graphene and *fiber racquets available in 90-135g range 😀

Well, I do use a Tecnifibre racquet, but for tennis...I don’t think the strings are close to what would be on a squash racquet though.

Possibly not very close, I do not know - I started in tennis but haven't stayed that long to dive into the restringing.

Reporting back just in case that I am not one and only squash player here 😉

Tecnifibre 305 1.1 has snapped after circa 50 hrs, while is has slightly more control and slightly more power than 305 1.2, its durability is not stellar.

My other racquet is string with an older (red) Tecnifibre X-One Biphase, I will restring this one with the latest (orange) Biphase, to see has Tecnifibre changed anything in that string.
