·A highly connected individual has shared with me that the unlimited limited-edition speedmaster machine at Omega is going to be back at full production soon (market down, sales need a boost)…along with leaked images…
Presenting the ‘Artemis Missions’ collection, that will be sold separately as individual pieces. All in steel. However, for those with deep pockets who can afford the whole missions collection in a large special box (limited to 1 of 5, or 10…its not yet clear) this is apparently the only way to get the new gold alloy (tm) ‘Moonshade Gold’ version of Artemis IV. This alloy will never be made again for any Omega watch.
Omegas plans for Elons trip to Mars, following in the spirit of Elons plans for Mars (and in general), are out-of-this-world-insane.
The genius-strategy I like the most about Omega’s plans is the shift of focus to other natural wonders of our beautiful Earth and massive Galaxy (as opposed to flogging the same comparatively very-limited historical missions commemoratively every 5 years), as we explore further … is the next fresh departure from Limited Editions of old … and is bound to boggle the brains (without magic mushrooms) … here some tidbits …
If you made it this far, you undoubtedly realize that this is simply me poking fun and talking utter nonsense (don’t worry, still love me some Speedmaster), and I invite you to also add some Gen AI beauties to boggle the brain and … one never knows … maybe inspire Omega to create a last unique and beautiful Limited Edition. Im quite impressed how much better these are than when i last ran this exercise.
